As COVID continues to spread throughout the country, President Biden recently announced new requirements for millions of American workers. Workers at companies with 100 employees or more will be required to get the COVID-19 vaccine or undergo weekly testing. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will develop the rules for the vaccine mandate in the coming weeks that employers will be expected to implement.
