Resilient teams, like individuals, need to know how to be flexible, agile, and rise to the occasion in tough times. Yet unlike individuals who can cultivate resilience on their own, teams require a leader at the helm who can orchestrate a culture that allows for it. In good times, resilient teams can be counted on to consistently produce a fine product or service without burning out.
Julia Mines of Julia Mines Coaching will explore the components that make up a resilient team including psychological safety, clarity of roles and goals of individual contributors, the role of storytelling and how it can help or hinder a team’s resilience, and the qualities of a leader who runs a resilient team.
