Description
Although the COVID-19 pandemic has generated a heavy burden on the U.S. labor force, the pandemic itself did not create some of the economic troubles we're now experiencing. Instead, the pandemic simply hit the accelerator on three major demographic trends—all of which were well underway before COVID.
In the first of our three-part workforce development webinar series, learn the preexisting trends that have increased the severity of the labor crisis along with the definition of the “sansdemic” and the long-term impact this phrase will have on our future.
