YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER- Part Time
 
Job Summary
 
The Youth Outreach Worker provides culturally relevant outreach, engagement, and support services to transition aged youth and those who work/live with them, designed to promote support services. They also provide advocacy to program participants and coordination with the community and collaborative partners. 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with relevant work experience preferred. 
• Candidates must be 21+, have a current valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for longer periods of time. 
• Require transportation to all areas of the Cape. 
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
