Office Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
The Office Coordinator will perform several office, human resources and administrative finance functions including, but not limited to front desk oversight; personnel and finance file management; answering telephones, ordering office supplies, and greeting guests. The Office Coordinator will provide support to the human resources and finance department under the direction and supervision of the Chief Director of Human Resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/equivalent. (Associates degree in related field preferred)
- Two to three years’ experience in office administration, with some finance exposure. Experience in either human resources or finance is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of computer operations and programs including MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of financial spreadsheets.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess good organizational and clerical skills and can manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Must be flexible and able to shift from task to task.
- Should have a thorough understanding and ability to work with confidential material responsibly.
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor; communicate respectfully with all staff and external stakeholders.
- Possess accuracy of work and attention to detail
- Demonstrate good customer service skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
